hjc joins the Integrated Marketing Advisory Board (IMAB) For Nonprofits

At hjc, we’re always pushing our clients to build integrated fundraising campaigns. That’s why we’re excited to announce that we’ve recently joined forces with eleven other organizations to create the first-ever Integrated Marketing Advisory Board (IMAB) for the nonprofit sector. Mike is chairing the group. Other participating organizations include Amergent, Avalon Consulting Group, Barton Cotton, CDR Fundraising Group, Convio, Donordigital, Grizzard Communications, Merkle, Russ Reid, SCA Direct, and THD.

Why is this important and why should the IMAB blog be on your radar?

Mike, chair of IMAB, says “Integrated marketing is quickly emerging as an essential approach to constituent engagement for nonprofits. With the advent of social media and mobile technologies, more and more donors, volunteers and advocates are using multiple channels to interact with the nonprofits they support. It’s critical for nonprofits to understand those different channels, the relationships across those channels and to engage with their supporters across multiple channels.”

The IMAB blog aims to foster discussion and dialogue across the sector, providing insights into strategies, trends and best practices to successfully engage constituents across many channels. It is your go-to resource on integrated marketing for the nonprofit sector!
